How will I get the link to join these sessions on Zoom?

You will be emailed the Zoom link one week before the course begins and on the day of each session. There will be 1 Zoom link for all 3 sessions.

I want to raise a purchase order and be issued with an invoice before payment, how do I do it?

Contact training@healthystreets.com and we will arrange invoicing direct. If your organisation does not already have Healthy Streets Ltd set up as a supplier then you will need to book a minimum of 3 places on the course to be invoiced in this way.

Yes you will receive an invoice when you pay.

If I cannot attend any of the sessions will I be able to get a recording?

No, the sessions are not recorded and slides from the sessions are not shared with participants. However the sessions refer to tools and case studies which you can download for free from healthystreets.com

If I cannot attend one or more of the sessions can I have a refund?

Accepted Answer

No, it is your responsibility to attend all the sessions. If you are unable to attend, there are no refunds.

I'm confused by the session times, what days are these sessions on?

Accepted Answer

This online course is aimed at the UK & Europe Audience.  Sessions are held on Monday mornings at 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. GMT on November 10th, 17th and 24th. If you are joining from another timezone these sessions may be on Monday evenings on those dates.
