2016 has been the year of the female leader - Theresa May, Angela Merkel and , potentially, Hillary Clinton are the most powerful people in the world. Have the women been brought in to clear up the mess that the men have made, (and afterwards it will all revert to type), or does this genuinely mark the end of the era of masculine leadership?
This conference will bring together a diverse line up to debate our gendered notions of leadership. Where has it come from? Where are we heading? What’s happening at the moment in our political sphere and beyond? Is gender even relevant any more to the emerging leader?
Join us for an evening of debate #HeANDShe
HeANDShe are a series of TED style events exploring what could be possible if we could integrate rather than separate along gender lines.
What if we could integrate the masculine and the feminine, rather than seeing them as binary opposites?
What could this mean for how we approach leadership and coach our emerging leaders in organisations?
What shift is possible for the leadership of our country, communities, organisations and families?
What if there was another way?
Come and join the debate. Roxanne will be joined by the following speakers:
