Who is this event for?

This event is open to family, friends and carers from across Yorkshire and Humber who would like to learn more about what it means to ‘hear voices’. Many families and carers may have supported their relatives through this, and wish share their own experiences, others may not have their own experiences but may wish to learn more about it.

What to expect…

The workshop will be led by different professionals, each with varying backgrounds. We will discuss different diagnosis’ and symptoms, as well as who can experience different symptoms.

We will explore why people may hear voices, how this feels and how you can support someone who is experiencing voices.

It will be run as interactive workshop style event, where we encourage open discussions and sharing of experiences.

The venue is ground floor level and completely accessible, with free onsite parking. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
