*GREAT NEWS LADIES* we have received some funding towards developing our Women’s Circles that means we can offer one FREE Circle experience to 45 lovely Women.

We need to spend it fast so we have decided to apply it to the two in person Women’s Circles and this bonus online Circle.

What to expect at an online Heart & Soul Women's Circle.

You are in the comfort of your own home - you have created a cosy space for yourself - it could be with blankets and candles, whatever works for you.

As you join us online imagine coming together with a group of women, women of all ages from all walks of life.

It does not matter if you have never met before.

We will start with a relaxing grounding to help you become present in the moment. Just take a few deep breaths and let it go.

Welcome the opportunity to leave the outside world behind for a short while.

The circle is a place where you are welcomed just as you are. You do not need to prepare anything or ‘be’ in a certain mood or frame of mind.

Just come as you are, leaving all the different ‘hats’ you wear at the 'door'.

A place of deep connection and belonging, where you can speak whatever you wish to share, whatever comes up for you. Knowing whatever you are experiencing in life, you are not alone.

Assured it will never be shared outside of the circle.

Silence is also welcomed in this space, you do not have to speak if you do not wish to.

This is your circle, this is your time.

When the circle comes to close, imagine feeling lighter, free and unburdened.

Who Heart & Soul Circles Are For

~ Circle is a non-judgmental and safe space for women to come together and sit with each other.

~ It is for those who long for a deep connection with themselves and other women.

~ Circle is a place for love and compassion for self and others.

~ It offers a space for women who want to know themselves and express themselves by sharing their feelings and stories.

What Circle is Not

~ Therapy or a replacement for therapy.

~ For women under 18.

~ A networking or business event (we do offer this as a different service - see Women Heart Based Entrepreneur's Network on our website www.thefeelingspeople.org)

~ A space for advice giving, coaching and anything similar.

~ Women who do not want to be around others or don’t like talking in front of other women.
