Your Heart Beating in Time with the Universe

Sit in Heart-Centred Meditation to feel the magic of synchronising your energy with universal energy. Shift your attention from the stressors of the outside world to your heart’s energy. Focusing on heart-coherence encourages connection to the subtle energies within and around you. Join these sessions for a unique and energetic meditation experience.

What to Expect

This is a guided, seated meditation. Chloe uses sound: tones, frequencies, rhythms and melody which take you deeper into non-ordinary states of consciousness and help you tap into the energies of the ‘unified field’.

What is the unified field? Chloe uses ‘cosmic consciousness’ to describe the unified field – a universal, intelligent energy source that is the ground of all being. She believes that individual consciousness within each sentient being is a discrete part of this larger cosmic consciousness. Chloe works to amplify the heart’s electromagnetic field which can be attuned to frequencies of wholeness, coherence and order. These are the resonant vibrations of cosmic consciousness.

The magic happens when the heart’s field matches that of the universal field and you are in a relaxed brainwave pattern of phase-synchronous alpha.

Heart-Centred Meditation blends a variety of interests: neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, psychology, magical traditions and spirituality. Emerging scientific studies are revealing fascinating data which suggests meditative practices may enhance physiological and mental wellbeing. Meditation can integrate the conscious with unconscious and be an integral part of self-realisation. In short, HCM is a complementary blend of scientific theory and practical experience.
