About this event
HEART & HOWL
HEART & HOWL formerly 'named Into the Heartwood' is an embodied women's circle held in the magical embrace of the Woodlands. This is a space for truth and safety. Courage and softness. Words, and something deeper.
Here among the roots and leaf shadow we gather to return to what's real, the steady pulse beneath the noise, to the knowing held deep in the body. We slow down together. Tune into the body together. Breathe together. Listen, hold and express together. Co-regulate together. We reconnect to ourselves, to one another, and to the ancient living land that holds us.
For our in-person, woodland circle, we gather monthly on the nearest weekend date to the New Moon, based on London, UK time (BST/GMT).
This Months Theme
SEPTEMBER = 'NOURISHING THE SELF & SOUL IN THE IN-BETWEEN'
We often find ourselves living in the in-between, between what we've known and what's emerging or being built. Between where we are and where we long to be. In these in-between spaces, we are not quite where we wish to be perhaps with our lives, relationships, health, career, or finances. We are waiting. We are planning. We are often frustrated. It's very easy to feel restless, uncertain, disconnected from our selves and our vision/dream, and even lose hope. It's also easy to fall into all or nothing when it comes to nourishing our needs and desires e.g. joy, adventure, freedom, love, security etc.
This month's circle theme invites exploration into where we are, where we want to be, and how we can nourish our selves and our souls while living in the in-between. While waiting for what we desire to come into being, and while efforting towards making it happen.
