Heart Love Meditation
Event Information
About this Event
Practising Heart Love Meditation helps us to grow in confidence in God's presence in our lives.
Muslim is an Arabic word meaning someone who has placed faith in God. You are a Muslim if you are a Jew. You are a Muslim if You are a Christian. You are a Muslim if you are Yogi/Yogini. You are a Muslim if you are a Daoist or a New Ager who calls God Source. You are a Muslim even being a Buddhist, who recognizes that source of all that arises is Compassion or Buddhanature. You are a Muslim even if you ascribe no labels to what you are but acknowledge the unlimited oneness that permeates the whole of existence.
You are welcome to attend attunement to Heart Love Meditation, regardless of your religious, spiritual or philosophical affiliation.
Before starting the meditation that lasts for 30 minutes, a short prayer addressing our religious, spiritual, or philosophical affiliation is recited.
After the meditation, you share with others what you experienced. Communicating within a group format is one of the practical aspects of Heart Love Meditation.
Everyone is welcome in the group, regardless of sexual orientation. Gays, lesbians, and transgender people are welcome to attend. Due to this, no hateful remarks are permitted. We share what we have experienced directly.
Once a week, I send out a group email newsletter about insights that have arisen in my daily practice of Heart Love Meditation. The people who attend are non-judgmental, tolerant of others whose beliefs are different, and recognise that we all united at the core. We are all part of the ONE.
Heart Love Meditation is not a discipline. In the practice of Heart Love Meditation, your teacher is Allah, God, Adonai, Tao, Buddhanature, Rigpa, Source, Oneness, Love, Shiva, Tao, Krishna, Bodhicitta, Divine Intelligence. All names point to that which is beyond all words.
Through the practice of Heart Love Meditation, our faith has the opportunity to deepen in this realisation. Hence, enabling us to live life with a greater sense of meaning, joy, beauty and wisdom.
