Why I Created Heart Mapping:
Like you, I’ve faced seasons where everything felt like too much — solo parenting, relationship heartbreaks, financial stress, trying to build a business while staying true to myself…
Life threw me curveball after curveball.
And for a long time, I didn’t know how to cope, let alone move forward.
Heart Mapping was born from those moments — the ones where I wanted to fall apart but instead found a way to come back to myself, again and again.
It became my go-to practice every single quarter of the year — a tool that helped me get honest, stay grounded, and make empowered decisions from a place of love, not fear.

A: Not at all! While there’s an optional creative element (you can create a visual heart map if you want), the session itself is about self-awareness, clarity, and emotional empowerment — not how artistic you are. There’s no pressure, just support.
A: Not unless you want to. This is a gentle, supportive circle where you are never put on the spot. Many women who feel anxious in groups have said how safe, calm, and seen they felt in this space. You can participate in whatever way feels good for you.
A: Yes! I run Heart Mapping sessions every quarter, because life keeps changing — and we often need to refocus again. If you miss this one, make sure you’re on my email list so you don’t miss the next.
A: As spaces are limited and a lot of love goes into creating each session, refunds aren’t possible. However, if you contact me in advance, I’ll do my best to transfer your spot to a future date where possible.
