A: Heart Mapping is a simple, guided process that helps you untangle your thoughts, reconnect with how you really feel, and gently shift the areas of your life that feel stuck — whether that’s work, health, motherhood, relationships or self-worth. It’s a safe, powerful way to come back to yourself.

Q: I feel really stuck — will this help me even if I don’t know where to begin?

Accepted Answer

A. Yes. You don’t need to have any answers before you come — just a willingness to show up. I’ll guide you through the process step by step, helping you make sense of what’s going on underneath and where to gently start making changes.

Q: I’ve tried things like vision boards/journaling before & it didn’t stick with it… is it different

Accepted Answer

A: Heart Mapping goes deeper than surface-level positivity. It helps you understand the real thoughts & emotions underneath your challenges, giving you a personal blueprint to move forward — rooted in your truth, not generic advice. And the process is simple and repeatable, so you can keep using it.

Q: I don’t feel very creative… is this like arts and crafts?

Accepted Answer

A: Not at all! While there’s an optional creative element (you can create a visual heart map if you want), the session itself is about self-awareness, clarity, and emotional empowerment — not how artistic you are. There’s no pressure, just support.

Question 5

Q: I’m nervous in group spaces — will I have to speak or share?

Accepted Answer

A: Not unless you want to. This is a gentle, supportive circle where you are never put on the spot. Many women who feel anxious in groups have said how safe, calm, and seen they felt in this space. You can participate in whatever way feels good for you.

Question 6

Q: What if I can’t make the next date? Will there be more?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes! I run Heart Mapping sessions every quarter, because life keeps changing — and we often need to refocus again. If you miss this one, make sure you’re on my email list so you don’t miss the next.

Question 7

Q: What happens if I book and then can’t come?

Accepted Answer

A: As spaces are limited and a lot of love goes into creating each session, refunds aren’t possible. However, if you contact me in advance, I’ll do my best to transfer your spot to a future date where possible.

Q: Is there any follow-up support or resources after the session?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes — you’ll receive a beautiful follow-up PDF including affirmations, suggested books, and guided prompts to continue your journey in your chosen focus area (e.g. money, health, relationships). And if you’re in my Self Discovery Tribe, you’ll also get ongoing support inside our community.
