What do I need to bring

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and anything else that will make you feel comfortable. This is a healing nurturing space and we want you to be as comfortable as possible. You may want to bring a journal and something for lunch although there will be opportunity to nip out.

Can I get a refund if I cant make it?

You will only be entitled to a partial 50% refund up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days of the event, no refund will be issued but you may swap the name on the ticket by messaging 07971 822085.
