Awaken Divine Goddess Within miniRetreat is very unique, unlike any other. It is a sacred and safe space for open-minded and open-hearted women seeking positive changes in their lives.

We will focus on our ancestors Goddess work, reaching deep to clear and heal our throat chakra and heart, tackle imbalances, stagnant energy, anxiety, major creative blockages and mental confusion. It is an opportunity to connect with acceptance of life and reality. Heavy energy on the chest often connected to loss, grief or betreyal.

This is more than a regular women’s circle. This is a miniRetreat at the Soul Level channelled by Beata Dzwigol - The Soul Wisperer, Akashic Records Channeler, Inter-Dimensional Therapist, Spiritual Guide and Bearer of Wise Women Wisdom.

It is a space for women starting their spiritual journey, women who are looking to find a meaning in life and empower their life, but as well it is a space so women working at a deep spiritual level.

What is a CACAO CEREMONY ?

A Cacao Ceremony is a beautiful, full of kindness and love ceremony which takes us to a sacred, healing space in our heart. It helps to disconnect from the busy, stressful life and external noise by bringing relaxation and healing.

Cacao is the fruit from the Theobroma Cacao tree, literally translated as ‘food of the Gods’. Native people in Mesoamerica used it as a sacred drink at ceremonial gatherings to create healing, connection and inspiration.

Cacao is a powerful Plant Medicine that helps us to let go of emotional blockages that no longer serve us, find forgiveness within us and others, and show us the way forward if we are stuck or afraid of making the necessary life changes in order to move on.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR CACAO CEREMONY

-Pregnancy (first trimester)

-Antidepressants and 5HTP (low dose cacao ok)

-Antidepressants MAOI

- GERD (low dose ok)

-Serious mental health diagnosis

-Epilepsy

-Low blood pressure (lower dose)

-Allergy or intolerance to Theobromine

Consuming Cacao is generally safe with the only contraindications being if you are on SSRI’s (anti-depressants) then it can cause Serotonin Syndrome as Cacao naturally boosts our serotonin levels. If you are caffeine sensitive & pregnant or on medication for high blood pressure or heart issues then Cacao may not be best for you. If you can drink coffee then you can generally drink Cacao!

If you prefer to drink CEREMONIAL ROSE TEA instead Ceremonial Cacao, please let Beata know the latest day before 8pm on 07731673759.

If you are unsure in anyway, check with your doctor before taking part in a cacao ceremony, and make sure to advise the ceremony leader of any medications you are on.

As Goddess Sisters, we will all provide a healing space for each other, embracing ourselves with hugs and love, allowing the healing process and sharing our emotions when needed. All that happens inside the space, stays inside the space.

It will be a safe, sacred space to express yourself with no judgement in a small group of like-minded Sisters, Goddesses. The group will be small and very private.

We recommend to dress up sexy, so you can feel like real Goddess (white colour is pure and symbol of being reborn, white includes all other colours, but you are welcome the color you like).
