Do I have to be spiritual to join the retreat?

You can be deeply spiritual or just at the beginning of our journey, all women welcome. I open many gates for healing, you will choose how deep you want to step in. The most important is that you are open minded my dear.

What if I don't want to dance or do some activities?

You are welcome to take a rest when you feel so. There is always a "comfort zone" space offered. Until now this space never has been used.

Do I need to bring anything with myself?

You will need to bring a blanket, cushion, bottle of water, and journal. but you will receive an email with more details before the retreat.

I am 15 years old, can I join the retreat?

We accept ladies from 21 years old.

Is it warm in the room?

Yes the room is warm, but I recommend to bring an additional layers and blanket for relaxation.
