About this event
Heartfield is an experiential, relational gathering for us to come together in a welcoming circle, however we are. During this gathering I will share a hands-on healing practice, The procession of the Heart, which brings us into the presence of our own internal rhythm - rather than society’s rhythm or the rapid beat of our conditioning - and into relationship with our body as a sacred site, woven from life’s web as a unique expression of the great Mystery. The Procession of the Heart meditation is an ancient hands-on healing practice originating from the high Mongolian and Tibetan plains. Beneath the vast, rolling skies The Procession of the Heart was passed on from horse-backed travelling Shaman, to the remote communities they encountered, as a way for the people to help each other, and to keep the people united. Through this healing meditation and reflective self-inquiry we enter the often obscured and never lost, wisdom of the Heart. This practice can support the settling and re-balancing of our nervous system as we turn inwards and meet what is, and outward into the web. Opening to soul and the imagination Heartfield becomes a portal for knowing our shared luminous nature and wholeness with all beings of this animate Earth.Permission has been given from my teacher to share this ancient healing practice. To support the presence of this community gathering it is requested that cameras remain on throughout this time.
Please note that at Tariki Trust, we generally do not record our online events. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds to people who do not show up assuming that they will get a recording.
Please note that although this event is part of the Ten Directions training course for ecotherapy practitioners, anybody can book and take part in this public online event. If you are interested, please do buy a ticket – all are welcome!
