Do I need to have done any meditation before?

No, Heartfulness meditation is totally open to beginners.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

No, all you need to participate in heartfulness relaxation and meditation is to be able to sit comfortably with your back supported and a chair (provided by the venue) is fine for this.

Is Heartfulness Meditation Free?

Yes heartfulness meditation is completely free but we do accept non-compulsory donations to help cover the costs of renting a venue. A recommended donation of a coffee would be the suggestion but it's completely fine if this is not possible.
