About this event
Heartfulness Meditation in Stroud
Meet at The Exchange at 9.15am to start at 9.30am.
Heartfulness offers a simple, practical approach to meditation and relaxation, which is easy to learn and integrate into your daily life. The emphasis is on your own needs and experience. There are no requirements other than an attitude of openness. It does not require any specific belief system or lifestyle changes. Sessions are free and open to everyone over 18 years.
Through focussing on the heart, we gradually attune the mind-heart field, bringing us into a more balanced and integrated condition.
For guidance in Heartfulness meditation practices there are two certified Heartfulness trainers in Stroud as well as the Heartfulness App.

Heartfulness UK
Heartfulness UK is a registered charity providing training in Heartfulness meditation in many parts of the UK - in universities, public and private organisations and within the community.
There are never any fees for learning or practicing Heartfulness. We are run by volunteers and funded by voluntary donations. Meditation is offered as part of a global initiative to promote wellbeing and peace. The organisation believes that financial constraints should not limit access to practices that encourage inner peace. We welcome any donations towards the costs of offering groups.
About Heartfulness Worldwide
Heartfulness UK is part of a worldwide network of charities/non-profit Heartfulness organisations. 16,000 volunteer trainers in over 160 countries support millions of people to live a more balanced, centred and peaceful life through meditation, yoga and other Heartfulness initiatives that enable inner transformation and wellbeing.
