Event description

Description

A British Heart Foundation funded meeting to unite the UK's cardiac and neuro diffusion MRI communities. This innovative meeting hopes to cross-fertilise ideas from two parallel streams of development and application of dMRI, i.e. cardiac and neuro diffusion MRI. This half-day meeting has been endorsed by SCMR (www.scmr.org) and ISMRM (https://www.ismrm.org) and will be FREE to attend. It will include talks by world renowned experts in cardiac and neuro diffusion MRI, aiming to attract attendees from the UK and beyond.

There will also be CASH PRIZES for early career researchers! £250 for the best poster on cardiac diffusion MRI from the cardiac community, and £250 for the best poster from the non-cardiac community. All you’ll need to do is submit the title, authors and a 100-word synopsis to a.scott@rbht.nhs.uk by 29th February 2020– and to bring your poster along on the day. All posters need to include a short "relevance" section describing the potential translation of these methods or results to the other community.
