A gentle, immersive 90-minute soundbath to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and return you to a state of inner ease.
You'll be guided into stillness through grounding breathwork, meditation and yoga nidra and then bathed in therapeutic sounds — crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and ambient tones designed to support deep rest and subtle energetic release.
