Your Instructors:

Daksha Patel - Having supported hundreds of women over the last two decades to achieve more with less stress and greater ease, Daksha believes that millions of ambitious women in business are stressed, shattered and stuck in their ‘not enoughness’, busy proving themselves and playing safe to the point of exhaustion, but it doesn’t have to be this way.

Daksha is on a mission to enable resilience to grow for transformation to flow by providing science based, actionable and effective how-to strategies and experiences that empower women to live life with even more energy, time and inner peace.

Looking back, depression, burnout and being a carer for 10 years for her elderly parents, made her realise that personal resilience and self-leadership has been the key to enabling her to navigate challenges in business and in life.

Daksha has over 25 years’ experience of managing people, delivering personal development workshops and one to one coaching. She has come to learn that true sustainable change only happens from the inside out.

Daksha is a certified HeartMath Coach, SOMA Breath Instructor, creator of the Resilient Heart Card Deck and a licensed Neuro Change Solutions Consultant, part of Dr Joe Dispenza’s global team delivering his Change Your Mind...Create New Results program into organisations.


Nigel McHollan is a Health and Wellness coach specialising in guiding individuals to make informed and positive lifestyle changes to enhance their overall health and well-being.

In 2020, Nigel completed his training as a SOMA Breath Master Transformational Coach. He is also a qualified SOMA Breath Teacher Trainer, a facilitator for the 21-Day program, and serves as a Mentor within the SOMA Breath Mentoring Program.

Nigel collaborates with overwhelmed and stressed individuals to help them achieve a balanced and fulfilling, healthier lifestyle.

Nigel has worked with clients looking to improve their Health and Wellness for over twenty years. Becoming self employed in 2000 with an initial business as a Personal trainer and Remedial Pilates Teacher. He has grown his business to include Intrinsic Biomechanics Coaching, Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy, Strength and Conditioning Coaching, Primal Health Coaching and SOMA Breath Work Meditation. His business has taken him as far afield as the west coast of America and has had clients visit him for treatment from outside the UK, establishing an international profile.

Nigel runs a Health Coaching programme designed to cover all aspects of a clients lifestyle management to address the real issues that may be underlying or holding them back.
