This is a booking for SOUTHEND campus only.

You will need to make your way to Terminal 2 arrivals at Heathrow airport. We do not pick up from any other terminal. For further information related to moving between Heathrow terminals, please follow this link

Please allow for terminal transfer times when booking your coach.

Ensure you are at Terminal 2 arrivals hall 20 minutes before your coach transfer departure time. Please make yourself known to us as soon as you arrive.

At your allocated departure time, you will be escorted to your coach (a short walk away) and taken to Southend campus where you can collect your key or make arrangements to go on to your private accommodation.

Refund requests must be made 48 hours prior to date of transfer. Refunds will not be issued after this time.
