FAQs
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Hebden Bridge has limited parking so we always recommend use of public transport. However there are several pay and display carparks, some on street parking, and some reserved disabled spaces on street and off street.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions? Email hebdenfolkroots@gmail.com
What's the refund policy? We do not offer refunds, unless the event is unable to go ahead on the date shown.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Your order reference number is all that is required to swap your ticket for a wristband at the box office. Either print your ticket(s), or just write down your order reference. Showing the email on a phone or tablet at the box office is also acceptable. Look after your email and wristbands, wristbands will only be issued once.
Where is the Box Office? TBA
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? As long as an order number is presented to the ticket office, the wristband(s) will be issued to the bearer. Look after this information and wristbands, wristbands will only be issued once.
How do I pay for children? Due to current licencing restrictions tickets are not available to under 18s. We may be able to make some individual session tickets available for under 18s during the festival at a later date. Please check on our website / Eventbrite for future details
Are tickets available just for a particular artist or day? We like to think of the festival as a coming together of artists in a single big event rather than promoting a series of disconnected gigs, so the only tickets currently available in advance are those advertised on Eventbrite. Day tickets may be made available in advance at a later date. On-the-door tickets for events may be available from 15 minutes before the advertised start time of the afternoon or evening session ONLY if the venue isn't full. Any updates to ticketing will be made via the festival website and on social media If online ticket holders want to get into a particular gig, they are advised to get there early as possession of a ticket / wristband cannot guarantee entry to a full venue.
