Developing sustainable programme leadership for institutional, programme and individual programme leader success

This workshop will explore what HEDGers can do to create a context where programme leaders can thrive. By looking at examples of successful initiatives from across the globe HEDGERs will be asked to critically reflect on programme leadership at their institutions, how the role and practice of programme leadership can be best supported in their specific context and what, if any, cultural or organisational changes need to happen to allow individual programme leaders, programmes of study and so the institution to succeed.
