Join the Salford Ranger Team and the Environment & Sustainability Team University of Salford for these hedgehog friendly litter picks of Peel Park Salford and the surrounding area.

Meeting point: the Park Keepers Base at the bottom of the Maxwell Ramp (please see map below). Please note there is no parking in Peel Park apart from x3 disabled spaces. Parking is available at Salford Museum & Art Gallery for a small fee.

What is 'Hedgehog Friendly Campus'? Hedgehog Friendly Campus is a British Hedgehog Protection Society-funded award programme, offering free support to help universities, FE colleges and primary schools make impactful changes for hedgehogs.

Open to anyone whether you're a student, staff, or from the local community. Equipment is provided so please just bring yourself and clothes appropriate for the weather conditions & grippy shoes or boots.
