Together we will close the Disability Employment Gap

The aims of this conference are:

• Change attitudes and behaviours along with influencing policy and time-lines

• Focus on eradicating the disability employment gap

• Give an understanding regarding the Medical Model of Disability V the Social Model of Disability as a way of understanding people’s attitudes and perceived abilities and how this has influenced delivery of services to disabled people within health, education provision and employment

• Lead on future change – highlight good practice

• Illustrate great work and case studies

This is a FREE event, refreshments and lunch will be provided

This event is CPD accredited which will be recognised by professional bodies as part of appraisal and revalidation.
