Step into your power with Heels, Beats & Smiles — a beginner-friendly weekly dance and wellness class series designed to uplift, energise, and build body confidence. Led by the incredible Anaïs Teixeira, your dance bestie, these high-vibe commercial and heels sessions combine dance, fitness, and feel-good vibes to help you move, sweat, and smile — all while connecting with a supportive community.

Each week includes:• 1-hour dance class in The Stratford’s studio• Access to toilets/ changing facilities• Infused water & wellness shots• 15% off food & drink on the day (brunch, smoothies, mocktails )• Monthly tea & pastries socials for regulars• Occasional complimentary talks & surprise events

🩰 Meet Your Instructor — Anaïs Teixeira, Dance Bestie Cape Verdean and French, and proudly from the French Riviera, Anaïs has been passionate about dance since age 7. A versatile performer and teacher, she’s trained in Modern Jazz, Commercial, Heels, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Tap — and dances Afrodance, Kizomba, and Funana, influenced by her Cape Verdean roots.

With a Level 4 International Teaching Diploma from the IDTA and over six years of teaching experience, Anaïs specialises in Commercial, Heels, Modern Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap, and Ballet. She’s also a certified Zumba instructor.

Naturally dynamic, sociable, and open-minded, Anaïs brings energy, warmth, and inclusivity to every class — creating a safe space where everyone can shine and grow in confidence.
