Do I need any breathwork experience to join?

Not at all. This session is beginner-friendly and trauma-informed. You’ll be gently guided every step of the way and you’re always in choice.

What kind of breathwork is this?

We’ll use gentle, regulating breath patterns (like 4:7:8, conscious connected breath, and soft open-mouth release). This is not intense or hyperventilation-based it’s designed to help you feel safe in your body, not overwhelmed.

Question 3

Do I have to share or be on camera?

Accepted Answer

Nope. You’re welcome to have your camera off and simply receive. There is an optional space to share at the end, but speaking is never expected or required.

What if I get emotional during the session?

That’s actually welcome. This is a space where your emotions are sacred, not a problem. You’re invited to let what’s been held inside move through you  and you’ll be lovingly supported the whole way.

What if I have trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress?

This session is specifically designed for people who carry those experiences. I work from a trauma-informed lens, and you’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body and take things at your own pace.

100%. If you’re nervous or unsure, you’re in the right place. This session was made for women just like you  women who are curious, overwhelmed, and quietly craving a space to be held.
