HELD exists to create spaces where women can pause, soften, and receive the nourishment of safe, supportive touch. In a world where women are often giving endlessly — to families, partners, and communities — we offer the rare opportunity to rest without agenda, to reconnect with the body, and to restore balance through the simple yet profound act of being held.
Through guided, chakra-inspired holds, gentle relaxation practices, and shared circle time, we cultivate spaces of trust, consent, and belonging. Our mission is to replenish women’s nervous systems, awaken the healing power of oxytocin, and nurture deeper connection to self and others.
We believe that when women are held, they return to their lives more rested, more connected, and more whole.
