The weekly sessions are 10am-12 midday at St Paul's Children's Centre on the following dates:

28th November - Introduction to Family Hubs, women's health, and Dad Matters/support for non-birthing parents

5th December - Infant Feeding - responsive feeding and support available

12th December - Midwives - preparing for the birth experience, and the early days after having your baby

19th December- Health Visitors - understanding your baby's needs and communication, baby brain development, and looking after your own emotional wellbeing/relationships

1 ticket per person which covers you for all 4 sessions.

What stage of pregnancy can we attend the course from?

From 26 weeks of pregnancy.
