The weekly sessions are 1:30-3:30pm at Wellspring Family Hub (in Wellspring Settlement) on the following dates:

25th November - Introduction to Family Hubs, Midwives, and Dad Matters/support for non-birthing parents

2nd December- Infant Feeding - responsive feeding and support available

9th December - Midwives - preparing for the birth experience, and the early days after having your baby

16th December - Health Visitors - understanding your baby's needs and communication, baby brain development, and looking after your own emotional wellbeing/relationships

1 ticket per person which covers you for all 4 sessions.

What stage of pregnancy can we attend the course from?

From 26 weeks of pregnancy.
