The weekly sessions are 1:30-3:30pm at Southmead Family Hub on the following dates:

30th October - Introduction to Family Hubs, Midwives, and Dad Matters/support for non-birthing parents

6th November - Infant Feeding - responsive feeding and support available

13th November - Midwives - preparing for the birth experience, and the early days after having your baby

20th November - Health Visitors - understanding your baby's needs and communication, baby brain development, and looking after your own emotional wellbeing/relationships

1 ticket per person which covers you for all 4 sessions.

What stage of pregnancy can we attend the course from?

From 26 weeks of pregnancy.
