Find January difficult? It's dark, it's long and many people find it a tough time of year. Would you like more energy, more focus and a greater sense of calm? Book a space for yourself in Office Om's January workshop to focus on your wellbeing to help you get through the month. Learn techniques to manage stress and help you feel at your best during the rest of the year.
Join us for a warming two hour Office Om Winter workshop on Saturday 14th January 2017 10-12pm in the Clayton Hotel, Cardiff. We’ll try skills and strategies you can put in place to help decrease stress and increase your wellbeing at this time of year. This will include a mindfulness taster and a relaxation practice. We’ll also learn some desk yoga moves, which are chair-based, and standing stretches you can use any time and anywhere to move your body, increasing energy or helping to relax. Lycra and yoga mats are not required, the movements are adapted to whatever you're wearing.

What do I need to wear/bring?
You can wear whatever you like - the gentle yoga poses can be adapted to any clothes and you don't need to bring anything.

The tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred if 7 days notice is given.
There are limited tickets available. The group will include some discussion which will be kept confidential. Individual sessions are available if you would rather not work in a group. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
