Need some space for yourself? Book a space for yourself in Office Om's January Workshop to focus on your wellbeing for the New Year. Learn techniques to manage stress and help you feel at your best.
Help yourself revive, relax and replenish ready for the rest of 2017. Join us on Saturday 14th January 2017 10-12pm in the Clayton Hotel, Cardiff. We’ll try skills and strategies you can put in place to help decrease stress and increase your wellbeing whenever you need. This will include a mindfulness taster and a relaxation practice. We’ll also learn some desk yoga moves, which are chair-based, and standing stretches you can use any time and anywhere to move your body, increasing energy or helping you relax. Lycra and yoga mats are not required, the movements are adapted to whatever you're wearing.

What do I need to wear/bring?
You can wear whatever you like - the gentle yoga poses can be adapted to any clothes and you don't need to bring anything.

The tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred if 7 days notice is given.
There are limited tickets available. The group will include some discussion which will be kept confidential. Individual sessions are available if you would rather not work in a group. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
