Hello Spring - Yoga Detox for the Body and Mind
Spring is the time for new and rising energy. Its a time to Spring or detox the body and mind.
For the Body - In this sesion we will work on postures that provide strong roots to grow out of, giving you both stability and strenght. Spring is also the time to move out of the stagnation of Winter.
For the Mind - We will be looking at the 6 Human Needs. If we can understand what drives our descisions and behaviours, we can develop awareness in to why we do thing the way we do. We can then make a positive decision to the way we live our lives.
This session will leave you feeling stretch and enthusiastic for the season ahead.
