Event description

Description

A one day workshop designed to help you understand why you cannot sleep and teach you a range of skills to deal with it.

We all know that sleep is an important part to feeling well and happy. Sleep disruption is common, especially during times when you may feel emotionally overwhelmed. Anxiety, relentless replaying of past events or the day's events, plus heightened emotions may significantly interfere with your sleep. Lack of sleep robs individuals of needed rest.

Our workshop will teach individuals about achieving healthy sleep and address how exploitation and trauma affect sleep.

This workshop is specifically funded for Black and African survivors of trafficking and exploitation

FREE Workshop for Under 18's

Limited spaces available for over 18's at £30 each.

Refreshments provided!
