Help! I'm Not Funny - Humorous Speech Workshop
Join us at The Union Tavern at this fast-paced, interactive workshop, Toastmasters 2025 District 91 Humorous Speech Champion, Dan Magill will guide us through a journey into jest.
We’ll cover the importance of humour in any speech, talk, presentation or even interview. The session will be crammed full of tips, tools, tricks and techniques for finding the funny in your communications and more importantly, enabling your audience to find it too.
You don’t have to be funny to attend, but opening yourself up to falling flat on your face will go a long way!
Whether you’re busy preparing for the upcoming contests, or you just want to get a few more laughs when you speak, this is the session for you.
There’ll be loads of opportunities to get involved, but if you just want to sit back and take in the workshop that’s completely fine too.
