Help Shape Consultation and Engagement Journey in Westminster

Dear Resident,

We’re inviting you to help shape how Westminster City Council listens to and works with local people.

We’re looking for residents, community organisers, and representatives to take part in a workshop designed to gather feedback and ideas on Westminster’s consultation and engagement processes.

Why take part?

· Share your views on how the council currently engages with the community

· Highlight what works well and what could be improved

· Meet others passionate about making local voices heard

· Help shape future consultation and engagement methods

Workshop details:

Dates: (Attendance will be required in person)
Tuesday 21st October 2025 from 5pm to 7:30pm.
Saturday 8th November from 11:30 to 2pm.

📍 Location:
Tuesday session will be held at 64 Victoria Street, Westminster City Hall.
Saturday session will be held in Westbourne Baptist Chuch.

As a thank-you for your time, participants who attend the session will receive a £25 Love to Shop voucher and refreshments will be provided.

This opportunity is open to all, residents, community groups, organisations, and anyone interested in improving local engagement who live, work or study in Westminster.
