We were formed in 1998 following a stock transfer from Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Our overall mission is to extend the range of good quality housing choices for people on below-average incomes. We offer houses, flats and bungalows for rent. We work closely with local authorities and a range of other partners to ensure our housing helps meet the needs of local people.
