Join us at Leeds University Business School for an interactive and practical session where you will network, learn, and connect with fellow SME leaders and alumni of our Help to Grow programme.

Are you an SME looking for growth?

This session is an opportunity for you to learn more about the Help to Grow: Management course, take part in an interactive taster activity, meet alumni and learn about their experiences on the course and the impact it has had on their business.

Help to Grow is 90% funded by the government and is open to senior leaders in small and medium businesses from any sector who:

  • have been operating for more than 1 year
  • have between 5 to 249 employees
  • are not a charity

Meet our facilitators

Rebecca Padgett is Senior Teaching Fellow at Leeds University Business School, Executive Education Facilitator and trainer. Rebecca has facilitated on six of our Help to Grow cohorts so far, and is also our subject specialist for our Developing a Marketing Strategy module.

Dr Richard Tunstall is University Academic Lead and Associate Professor of Enterprise at University of Leeds. Richard has facilitated on six of our Help to Grow cohorts so far, and is Programme Director for our KPMG Family Business Leadership Programme.
