- Keynote: Leading Through Change – Associate Professor Andreas Wilher introduces the concept of polymathic leadership and how it can help leaders navigate complexity.
- Breakout – Connect in small groups to explore threats, opportunities, and your role as a leader in shaping the future.
- What Next for You? – Share you story and lessons learnt since completing Help to Grow; management programme.
This will be an interactive session with opportunities to leave with practical insights you can apply immediately.
