Join us for the Help to Grow: Management 12 week part-time course at UWS! This course is designed for SME leaders looking to enhance their management skills. Over the 12 weeks, you'll learn valuable leadership techniques and business strategies to help your company thrive. Five of the sessions will be in person at UWS in Paisley and the rest delivered online. As well as nearly 50 hours of management content you will have access to 10 hours of mentoring to support your business growth. You can network with other local business owners. To be eligible UK based organisations must have been operating for at least 1 year, with 5 or more employees and not a charity. Companies with more than 10 employees are entititled to 2 places.
