Help to Grow: Management is a practically focussed course for SMEs with 5-249 employees that have been operational for at least 1 year. The course is designed to support you in identifying and working on areas of your business that you would like to develop.
It has been developed in collaboration with industry and is delivered by Business Schools with Small Business Charter accreditation.
The 12-week course is delivered online but with 4 in-person case-study workshops available in Leicester or Cambridge depending on your preferred location.
You will also benefit from 10 hours of confidential 1:1 mentoring enabling you to develop a tailored business growth action plan to lead your business to its full potential. Peer learning and networking enable you to share, learn and collaborate with a diverse range of business professionals in working on the challenges and opportunities facing your business.
Help to Grow: Management is fully-funded. The course cost of £7500 is 90% government-funded and 10% funded through a business support bursary provided by the University of Leicester School of Business.
