Helping Birth Children Through the Fostering Transition

This short webinar will explore the experience of birth children in families who foster. The research on the impact of being a foster sibling shows both benefits and challenges in that the experience can promote the development of empathy and life skills whilst presenting birth children with challenges of living with another child or children who have experienced adversity and trauma. The webinar will offer ideas for ways of supporting birth children with the challenges.
