When we help our children to balance their emotions, we help them to flourish and build the foundations of a physically, spiritually, emotionally and relationally healthy life. Learn more about the meaning and purpose of emotions, and the importance of maintaining balance.

Karen Holford is the Family Ministries Director for the Trans-European Division. She has Masters degrees from Andrews University in Educational and Developmental Psychology, and Christian Leadership. She also has an MSc in Systemic Psychotherapy (family therapy) from the University of Bedfordshire. She is the author of “52 Ways to Parent Happy Children” which is published by the Stanborough Press.
