Helping Neurodivergent Teens Find Their Spark Again
Overview
When a neurodivergent teen loses confidence, shuts down, or feels “stuck,” it can leave the whole family feeling lost.
Many autistic, ADHD, EBSA, and SEND teens feel they’re “not good at anything,” or they’re overwhelmed by pressure, expectations, and the demands of traditional learning. They may want to try things — even entrepreneurship — but don’t know where to start, don’t think it’s possible for them, or feel too anxious to join groups, turn on their camera, or speak.
This free parent session is designed to gently show you a different way.
In this calm, practical and deeply supportive session, you’ll learn how to help your teen rebuild confidence, reconnect with what they’re good at, and take small, safe steps towards interest-based entrepreneurship — without pressure, without demands, and entirely at their own pace.
You’ll leave with renewed clarity, hope, and tools you can use straight away.
✔ Why so many neurodivergent teens lose confidence — and how to gently rebuild it
✔ How to uncover your teen’s hidden strengths (even if they can’t see them yet)
✔ What helps a shut-down teen re-engage — and what unintentionally shuts them down further
✔ A pressure-free pathway into entrepreneurship for anxious, avoidant or low-confidence teens
✔ Simple ways to help your teen feel capable, interested and safe again
✔ How they can take small steps toward purpose, skills and income — without cameras, speaking, or live demands
At the end of the session, you’ll also hear about a small, supportive 12-week pilot programme for neurodivergent teens who’re ready for a gentle, interest-based introduction to entrepreneurship — completely at their own pace, and without any pressure to join live calls or turn their camera on.
It’s simply an invitation, not an expectation.
