About this event

A series where we develop our everyday creative practice, leaning into our handbook for creative living - the Together Culture Living Book.

Life is like a box of chocolates, Forrest Gump once said. It's true, life takes all sorts - and you're not going to agree with everyone. In fact, disagreement is an essential part of the creative process, and without it we'd end up just producing more of the same. So how do we disagree in a way that is constructive?

In the fourth session of this series, we explore the final chapter of the Living Book - Helping Others. Together, we'll develop some practices for giving and receiving feedback, and make some delicious chocolate truffles along the way!

This session is one of a four-part series:

  • Turning Up and Butter Making
  • Collaborating and Collage Making
  • Experimenting and Mocktail Mixing
  • Helping Others and Chocolate Truffle Making
  • CV of Failure Writing Party

There is a £7.50 charge to cover the cost of materials.

Together Culture is a growing community making room for Cambridge locals to co-create, collaborate and help others.

We create inclusive, creative and shared experiences in Cambridge, and provide a framework for people to experiment, explore and design new solutions to the challenges we face today.

All our experiential and interactive programming emerged in a series of CoDesign sessions run across the year in 2022 with hundreds of Cambridge citizens - this is made by and for the people of Cambridge.
