Is your child often worried, fearful, or avoiding school, separation, or social situations? You're not alone — and support is available.

Join our free, 6-session group designed to empower parents and carers with practical, evidence-based strategies rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Gain confidence in supporting your child through anxiety and connect with others in a warm, non-judgemental setting.

If you wish to attend all 6 sessions, you will have to indvidually book onto each one, as Eventbrite doesn't automatically book you onto the whole group.
