Why can't I buy tickets?

Accepted Answer

There is a problem with the Eventbrite iPhone app - you cannot buy tickets for online events with it. Please use a web browser such as Safari or Chrome to buy the ticket.

I bought the recording option. Where is my recording?

Accepted Answer

If you are sure you paid for the recording and you haven’t received the email with recording access details within 24 hours of the live event, make sure you are checking the same email account that your EventBrite account uses, check your junk folder and then email us if you still can’t find it.

Are there closed captions?

Accepted Answer

Closed captions can be accessed in the live event and, for those who buy this option, in the Zoom recording.

How can I find out about future webinars?

Accepted Answer

Sign up to follow this EventBrite page to get an email whenever a new webinar is listed.

Question 5

I didn’t book this event and now it’s over. Can I buy a recording?

Accepted Answer

If the event has already finished and you are wanting to buy a recording, you can’t do this through EventBrite. Most of the live webinars are listed for sale again later as a pre-recorded webinar, with longer access. See here for examples: https://naomi-fisher.mykajabi.com/store

If you buy the recorded option you will be sent an email with what you need to access the recording within 24 hours of the event. It will then be viewable for 30 days.
