HELVELLYN via Grisdale Valley
Join us in Glenridding to bag FOUR Wainwrights, including the mighty Helvellyn.
Meeting at the shores of Thirlmere, Glenridding, we set off along the Grisedale Valley in the shadow of the soaring heights of St Sunday Crag. As we reach the stunning Grisdale Tarn, we begin our climb proper, to summit the Wainwrights of:

Although there is no technical terrain, this is a challenging hike in a remote mountainous environment. A good level of fitness is required. Groups are encouraged to stick together and there are no medals for finishing first.
