All Officers, Firefighters and many additional public facing roles such as; Custody Officers, PCSO’s and Crime Scene Investigators are all entitled to the Hepatitis B vaccine.

We have planned a safe system of work which will allow us to see as many people as possible . This may mean that you have to queue for a short while, maintaining 2m distance and as this may be outside for a short period please wear weather appropriate clothing.

The Hep B Vaccine Course StructureThe course of 3 vaccinations that are given is completed to a “standard” schedule for Hep B which is 3 vaccinations over a period of six months at 0,1 & 6 months with a blood test 4-6 weeks later to determine the immune response to the vaccine.

If attending the Lewes Fire station if parking is not available there is parking close by you can use.

Every Hep B Clinic will consist of 30 minute sessions with a limited number of people allowed. Timings will run from 0830 to 1400.
