About this event

In recent years there has been a huge growth in teacher networks and CPD career long learning from ECF to NPQs.

This conference aims to consider how schools can best sequence training to ensure continuous improvement and engagement against a growing recruitment crisis.

HEP have gathered together national experts and practitioners to explore with you the ways to plan and innovate your professional development curriculum and place it at the heart of your schools improvement.

CPD will no longer be an isolated experience or a one-off session but be an intergral part of a whole-school considered pathway for each and every teacher, enabling all to thrive.
