We invite you to join your sisters and explore the physical, emotional and spiritual support of essential oils alongside other beautiful offerings to open your heart and soothe your spirit.

The Equinoxes prepare us for a change in the earths energy - Mabon is the transition to winter that we must all respond to. We see the shift coming faster and faster, the days noticeably shortening and the leaves beginning to change colour. There is a quickening internally and externally as the embers of summer fade.

This is the beginning of root energy - a time to celebrate the dark womb of the spiritual world. The seed ideas we plant now will flourish in the spring if we make space and time to nourish them through the winter. Watch for cues from nature and be guided by her. Contemplate all that has been gifted to you from the earth and consider what you might give back in return.

We will welcome you to the space and invite you to take a seat in circle - an ancient practice which in its own rite feels like a homecoming for so many of us. There will be time for sharing and connection before we hand over to Annabelle Gardine of Wild Sedona.

Annabelle will be offering an immersive animalia cacao drinking journey, connecting to this sacred plant ally + the autumnal wisdom of the Deer.

Cacao is considered a deeply heart opening medicine which activates our intuitive ability + grounds us into earth. Through meeting with her divine spirit, we shall open up to the wisdom of the deer through meditation, sacred oils + a sensory a shamanic drum journey, integrating the messages with journalling + optional sharing space.

We will then nourish you with a harvest feast - a delicious plant based meal so that you leave the session with a full heart and a full tummy.
Our ancestors would always gather to mark the thresholds of the turning wheel - gift yourself this time to remember and come home to the circle.
