There is free parking on all local roads, please be mindful that it is a Sunday, so it may be hard to find parking and you may have to park further and walk to the meeting point.

Can I bring my little one?

Yes! abosultley, come along with little one. Some of the walk is upwards or downwards hill and there are wide steps at a point along the river Brent, but definitely pram safe.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, just yourself. If you would like to bring snacks, feel free, as we won't have time to sit down and eat a meal. You can also bring a notebook for our mindful journal but not necessary as you can do this on your notes page on your phone.

Do I have to buy anything?

No, not if you don't want to. We will stop off at the pub, so you have the option to grab a drink but its not a necessity

Do people come alone?

Yes! Loads of ladies come by themselves, so feel free to come along and get to know all the ladies there
